What is the check-in time? What is the check-out time?

Arrivals are between 3 pm and 8 pm. If the room is available before, we will be happy to make it available to you.

Departures take place before 11 am. In both cases, we can of course keep your luggage.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate animals (and yet the whole team has and loves them).

Does the hotel have connecting rooms?

Casa Amor does not have one.

Can the rooms be split?

Ask us if you are looking for a room with 2 single beds, this is possible in some rooms.

From what age are children accepted?

Given the architecture of the hotel we welcome children from 14 years old.

Does Casa Amor help booking activities?

We can book you a massage, a boat trip, a manicure, a gym, a restaurant... Just ask.

Where can I park my car?

You can park your car at the Estacionamento do Levante, an underground car park a 7-minute walk away, for a fee and without reservation. You can also park your car for free in the streets around Casa Amor.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served at the table from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., in the patio and in the restaurant.

How can I pay for my stay?

On site you can pay in cash or by credit card.

Is there a tourist tax?

The city of Olhão applies a tourist tax. It is to be paid on site and in cash. The room price does not include this tax.

• 1 € per night per person within the limit of a stay of 5 consecutive nights from November to April
• 2 € per night per person within the limit of a stay of 5 consecutive nights from May to October

Is smoking allowed?

The hotel is completely non-smoking.
